Limbless Association is a registered charity that has been support­ing amputees for over 35 years. They aim to support amputees, pre and post-amputation, to navigate the associated complexities with advice, informa­tion and signposting to empower individuals and their families to optimise their recovery and reha­bilitation. 

Thames View Activation Group (TVAG) leads an innovative approach to health services in the Thames Ward area. 

Reconnections by Independent Age Charity, provide a free 6 month support to work with over 65s in BD & Havering that want to connect with their local area and interests to reduce their loneliness or isolation and improve their independence.   They also have volunteering opportunities.

Wheels and Wheelchairs are a group of skaters and wheelchair users who go out together as a group enjoying the sensory rush of speed, collaboration and accessible sport.
